  • Cancellation Policy

to complete your appointment, $50 deposit is required.

Please be advice of our 24-hour cancellation/ no show policy, deposit is non-refundable and it is not transferable to your next appointment. Less than 24-hour notice is a last minute cancellation, which is considered a "no show.

  • Previous Work Policy

if you have an old tattoo and has done by another artist, you will be charge the full price and if we consider to do color correction or camouflage, you need to pay an additional charge depending on your previous work.

  • Touch Up

Most permanent makeup procedures are a two-step process. Final results cannot be
determined until touch-up application is completed. the touch-up is intended to fill in any discoloration caused by the healing and scabbing process. We strongly suggest all of our clients to make an appointment to come in to let us see the procedure area(s) whether or not they feel they need a touch-up. Please also keep in mind everyone's skin is different and might need more than one touch up. touch up after 4 to 8 weeks is $100, more than 8 weeks will be an additional charge.

  • Disclaimer

Services provided cannot be refunded.

First we start with consultation, shaping and drawing before an actual procedure! no procedure will done until you approve the final shape. Therefore, consenting to be treated, it is important that clients understand and accept this policy.

We have the right to refuse a client for any reason regardless of being able to receive a follow up/touch up appointment. This will not result in a refund. All results may vary depending on skin type, age, scarring, diet, stress levels, facial products used, etc.

These factors all play a key role in your results, which is why it is important to know that more than one touch up may be required.

  • Restrictions

Can not be Pregnant or Nursing.

Must be over the age of 18 years old.

If you are undergoing chemotherapy, have diabetes, epilepsy or an autoimmune disease (please consult with your physician and contact your artist prior to booking).
